Online Workshop: Mixing Greens

$35.00

Whether you are painting a landscape, still life or floral picture, you are going to be faced with the difficult task of juggling the various greens.

Which one should you use where?  And how do you mix up the green for your painting? Mixing greens is a complicated process, since the color is able to show things like shadows and sun, seasons and age. Greens can highlight reds and oranges, or neutralize these same colors into browns and greys. This online workshop is appropriate for painters of all levels, including beginners.

Upon registration you will receive information about the workshop and the materials that you will need. The Zoom link will be sent to you a few days before the workshop.

Online Workshops Overview:

The recent self-quarantining created a new interest in online classes.  I have discovered that teaching on-line is not unlike conducting an orchestra… working buttons for class entry and control, and microphone and camera (actually, two cameras!).  Still, I learned that these on-line classes can have the personal connections which I hope to incorporate into all my classes, both “live” and on-line.

No additional materials will be needed other than your usual palette of paints and paper.  Upon registration, you will receive an email from me.  Then, the week of the class, you will receive the Zoom link to access the class.
